"Stayed at many places on South Bass Island over the years and this is the best so far. Plenty of space for our family of 10. The deck and waterfront view was the best part. We do a lot of cooking & the only complaint was unable to open Dishwasher fully, due to layout & blocked by oven door. So we hand washed everything. Plus bare minimum kitchen utensils (no serving or mixing spoons?)Plenty of grills available, but all dirty so we cleaned thoroughly before use. Next time we plan to use the on-site golf cart rental, rather than going into town to rent our carts. "

"Our stay was Sunday through Thursday. It was very family oriented on the Island. Plenty of sights to see, natural beauty and history.
When we entered the condo, we were so pleasantly surprised. Things aren't always as pictured but this place is so clean and pretty and includes all the necessary amenities. Would definitely book again if on the island."

"We had a great time staying at your Condos for our August vacation. The Condos were very nice. Everything was clean and there were a lot of supplies. Plenty big enough so we weren’t crammed in. We had 18 of us total and rented two condos which was perfect. Pool was very nice and clean, workers were very courteous and helpful. Nice place to stay away from hustle and bustle of the town. Would like to come back after COVID rules are lifted and places will be open later. But all in all we had a great time and didn’t mind spending a lot of time right at the Condos since they were roomy and nice."

"Amazing condo and was perfect for our group of 7. Plenty of room and the deck was fabulous for our morning wake-up. The condo was somewhat surface clean. We could not find a broom or mop. The laminate floor was clean of debris however when we took or shoes off and walked on it our feet became black with dirt and the kitchen floor was sticky. The baseboards were very dusty and dirty in the bathrooms. The space between the washer and dryer was filled w/lint balls. Shower liners need to be replaced. Just needs a deep cleaning. I have pictures if needed. Can opener broken, No wine /bar glasses one pot holder"

"Overall, our experience was great!! Perfect lake view from the patio.A few exceptions were both bathrooms had red mold on the inside of the shower curtains, needs to be either cleaned or replaced. Also, not enough seating inside for 6-10 people. "

"These are very nice lakefront condos. We were moved there after having a bad experience where we were originally staying. Everyone in our group loved the deck- which could use a good power-wash- but that wasn't a dealbreaker. Rooms and bathrooms were nice. We would stay there again because it's waterfront. Note- the pool was VERY well maintained!"

"The management and staff are wonderful. The initial call to reserve a unit was extremely efficient. Better than most hotels I travel too! The waterfront condo we stayed in is new and still partially unfinished. Handles on bath cabinet doors, some painting of closets - no big deal. We loved the location and the unit itself. We were a bit disappointed in the over cleanliness. Floors weren't swept well, the deck wasn't cleaned at all. Again, things we dismissed since the unit was so nice for us. Right by the airport, but not noisy inside. There's several BBQ grills on the common patio. We took vehicle over, but also rented a golf cart for the overall lake experience. We would recommend this to a friend and we would go back. "

"We loved the condo. It was right on the lake which was the best part. It could use a power wash on the deck and the cleaning people left old sheets on the floor in our condo, but it was still okay. We enjoyed the pool as well. It was just a short ride to everything downtown and it was nice being a little bit secluded from everything. Overall we loved it and are already planning on coming back soon!"

"Great place to stay. Clean, spacious, well equipped etc. Would look to stay there again. Wish we had one more day. Only recommendations would be to somehow better close off and vent the area of the HVAC air handler as it puts out a lot of heat into the bedroom with 2 queens. Also was quiet at night which is important."

"We had a group of 10 stay in the Lakeview condo #113. The condo was very clean and looked brand new. The kitchen was equipt with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with very soft sheets. The staff handled everything with ease and made us feel welcomed! We plan on stay here again in September it was so great. Thanks Island Club rentals. We also rented golf carts from island club and it was very nice. They were new and filled up with gas upon dilvery and then they came back to fill them up when needed. "

"As soon as I stepped into our condo I realized that this was a place I would return many times. It far surpassed my expectations and previous experiences staying at other locations on Put in Bay. The only downfall to our amazing escape was construction that was occurring right next to our unit from 7-noon each morning. In any other circumstance it would have been perfect!"

"Great condo. Pool area very clean but sewer smell was a problem. I think they were working on something right next to pool but smell was bad. June bugs were also an issue. Obviously they come in daily. Maybe hoses would work better to get rid of them. Their smell was particularly bad near the staircase and entry of our condo. The condo manager was super helpful!"

"It was a nice condo with plenty of room. The patio was nice. The condo was clean. The pool was nice. I would have liked a broom and hand towels. Check in and out are easy with the code. The property is a mile from downtown which is nice as it was quiet at night. Golf carts made it easy to get around. "
