There are a few options. If you have your own boat, you can cruise over to the island and dock downtown for your stay. Or you can do as most people do and ride a ferry to Put-in-Bay!
There is one high-speed passenger-only ferryboat operator that services Put in Bay Island called the Jet Express. The Jet Express link may be found in our Getting Here section. There is also the Miller Ferry for bringing over both people and vehicles. It docks closest to the Island Club and is the most economical option for larger groups coming over to visit our island. Their link is also in the Getting Here section for rates, hours, and GPS coordinates.
Not really. Most people opt to rent a golf cart during their stay to tour the island at a nice leisurely pace and enjoy the fresh air. Groups often chip in and bring one vehicle over with all their belongings in it. Each of our Condos has ONE parking spot, and each rental home in the Island Club has room for 2 vehicles. Most parking downtown is also for golf-cart size vehicles around the park. Rentals are easy to make and often sell out, so book your Put-in-Bay golf cart in advance!
