The Put-in-Bay Arts Council is a non-profit that promotes the arts at Put-in-Bay. It began as a small group putting on community theater. It was shaped into the Put-in-Bay Arts Council two years later and now organizes concerts, art programs, and workshops. They've produced a series of plays every winter for the past 12 years.
The Put-in-Bay Arts Council is responsible for hosting the Arts on Erie week. They also host plays 4 times a year at the town square. Arts on Erie is a week-long arts program for children. Local artists lead the children in artistic pursuits such as painting, sculpting and printmaking.
